This place is by far the best overall Korean BBQ experience you will get in NJ. Nothing compares to other restaurants’ banchan; theirs is fresh, delicious, and plentiful. Yes the BBQ is expensive but the meat is high quality; I would recommend the marinated Galbi. Additionally, the other Korean dishes such as Ojingeo-bokkeum, Doenjang-jjigae, Haemul Pajeon, Jae-yook Kimchi bokkeum, and jjampong are so appetizing. If you want to experience traditional Korean dishes definitely come here.Where other Korean restaurants try to be trendy and “instagrammable” and come flat with the food, this restaurant focuses on the caliber of the food.

We had the unmarinated platter, soy garlic flavored Keo Ku wings (which was AMAZING), and spicy beef brisket. We went around 4pm, only one other couple was there. The food was awesome! The service was great! We will definitely come back.

Very good! The owner was very kind, and engaging. He told us the food could take a while as there were many people. But the food came out within 15 min. We loved the korean food here because it wasn't super flavorful(not americanized). The service was very good. The staffs were trying to care about all customers as much as they could, although they were busy. We'd love to visit again!!!

Since 1993, Keo Ku BBQ has been a neighborhood Korean BBQ restaurant serving over three decades in Parsippany, NJ. As you walk inside this hidden gem, you will find a beautiful fish pond and classic Korean BBQ tables in this venue. Sit down and order Korean pancakes that is crunchy outside and chewy inside. Add on a couple starters and a stew to complement your barbecue and enjoy their homemade side dishes and veggies. We ran out of peppers and their attentive staffs ran to the garden and freshly picked out some. Fresh home grown garden veggies! Meets are fresh, juicy, and super flavorful. Prices are more than reasonable and you are guaranteed to leave full and satisfied. Here deep in Jersey, you can still have an authentic and delicious Korean meal that will make your trip worthwhile.

The food and side dishes are very high quality! I was so happy I chose Keo Ku to introduce my parents to Korean food. I had lived in Korea for five years, but my parents never had the chance to visit. The Gobdol Jaeyuk Bibimbap was a standout for us. We also enjoyed the fried Mandu (dumplings). Excellent atmosphere and very kind/attentive staff.

First time being at a Korean BBQ and oh boy was it and experience. They are very welcoming and patient, the reason I say this is because I’ve never been to a Korean BBQ and I was asking a lot of questions. To some it can be silly but I genuinely didn’t know. The food was top tier even if I do say so myself, we had bulgogi and short rib meat that was sizzled on the little bbq stand they had built into the table which was so cool. They had multiple side dishes that accompanied the bbq, which were very tasty and mouthwatering. The radish kimchi was my favorite it was like regular kimchi but with a touch of sweetness. The scallion pancake was absolutely delicious, I didn’t know those pancakes were so yummy. I always wondered what authentic Korean BBQ and experience would be like but this blew it out of the water. The service was excellent as well, I can’t say the server’s name because I would butcher itall I know it’s something with a J. I will definitely be returning to try more items on their menu, it was a wonderful experience and I encourage anyone to step out of your comfort zone and try something new. Different cultures bring different foods with new founding taste buds.

This was my first time at an authentic korean bbq resturaunt where the server cooks the meats for you. Our server, I believe was the manager and he was so nice. Since this was a new experience for my sis and I he explained everything on the menu. What is most popular for regular patrons and what is popular in Korea. He also introduced us to milkis, yogurt carbonated soda.... amazing! Also they sell korean snacks and drinks. The restaurant also offers bibimbop, korean hot pot (enough for 2-3ppl) and a large selection of drinks. My sis and i are going back to try more on the menu. Staff was super attentive and patient. A definite must go.

Excellent Korean Cuisine BBQ in New Jersey area. If you are looking for Korean authentic food, then you really need to check out their beef ribs with good quality. They have the best Jeongols, especially the seafood hotpot a variety of mixed seafood, vegetables, udon noddle simmered into seafood broth. I really love their spicy broth (soup) They have quick and effective service, they cook the meats for you!!! My favorite part is they have validity choose of the side (up to 10) OMG, I love them. However, they also have Korean snacks and delicatessen you can take home. It’s looks like tiny “Hmart”
